Robert’s been in the swimming pool industry 32 years and founded The Pool Man in 1981. A promise to deliver outstanding service is his main objective for the company. Robert is married to Merrie Sheltz and they have three grown children living in the Tomball area.

Merrie supports the office staff and keeps the business organized better serving our customers. She is a co – founder and for 27 years has been contributing to the success of The Pool Man.

Ted joined The Pool Man in 2001 bringing over 34 years of knowledge in constructing swimming pools. He is in charge of sales and the new construction department. Ted and his wife Donna live in Tomball and have been married for 28 years with three grown children.
