Buffalo Style Shrimp
1 pound of shrimp; cleaned, cooked and dry – 2 tablespoons Franks Hot Sauce – 2 tablespoons butter – 1 teaspoon minced garlic – Pinch of black pepper – Chopped green onion to taste (optional).
Add Franks Hot Sauce, butter, garlic and pepper to medium size frying pan. Heat over medium flame until mixture starts to bubble then add the shrimp. Stir frequently and sprinkle on green onion if desired. Cook down until mixture sticks to shrimp. Serve with carrots, celery and Blue Cheese dip or use for a salad topping. Enjoy poolside
