Since 1995, Laurie has been a cornerstone of the swimming pool industry, bringing her extensive experience in every aspect of the business, including service, warranty, construction, design, sales, maintenance, and renovations. Laurie first joined The Pool Man Family back in 2012, overseeing our Weekly Service and Warranty Departments for two years. After a brief hiatus, she returned to the family in 2019 and has been rocking our Renovations Department ever since. With her bright smile and outgoing personality, she happily creates new works of beauty out of older, out of date pools for our customers, and often times leaves the project with a new friend in her customers.
Laurie has a son, Joshua, who is in college studying to be a trainer after a lifetime playing baseball. Her other “son” is the sweetest labrador, Dexter, who comes to the office for visits every once in a while, bringing even more smiles to the faces of our staff than what his “mom” already does.
