Alfonso joined The Pool Man in 2024, bringing with him an engineering background and a wealth of experience in construction. His journey began in the pool industry at our sister company, Texas Pools, where he designed and sold pools. However, his true passion was in the field, leading him to explore different areas of the industry. He later worked at Deck Works, coordinating deck toppings for multiple pool builders, before ultimately finding his home here—where he has excelled as a superintendent in new pool construction.
Alfonso is known for being extremely detail-oriented, ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standard. His commitment to top-notch customer service makes him an invaluable asset to both our team and our clients.
Outside of work, family and faith are at the core of Alfonso’s life. He and his wife have raised three incredible children. Their oldest is about to graduate from BYU, their middle child recently returned from a two-year mission trip in Washington, D.C., and their youngest is preparing to embark on a mission in Arizona.
He and his family are very active in their church, always ready to volunteer whenever needed. He also enjoys road trips and hiking with his family and their dog.
