We are often asked, “How much does a pool cost?”  This is an excellent question.  Custom inground swimming pools can have many options and there are several things to consider when thinking of building a swimming pool.   Here are a couple of suggestions:

1. The materials used:  This may seem like a no brainer, but there are many different material choices such as the type of finish (plaster, pebble, etc…), Tile and Coping choices and deck selections that can determine the price of your pool.
2. The Shape of the pool – believe it or not, a rectangular pool can cost more than a kidney shaped pool as it is actually larger and can use more materials and labor.
3. Added water features – adding a spa combination, sheer descent, swim up bar, etc… are wonderful additions, but will change the overall price of your pool.
