Here is Ted’s favorite recipe for grilling ribs: 1/2 cup butter or margarine, 3/4 cup rum (dark or light), 3/4 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, 1 tablespoon chopped garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1/8 teaspoon cayenne and 1/3 cup honey In saucepan, over medium to high heat, melt butter.
