Known for his exceptional technical skills and outstanding customer service, Joel goes above and beyond to ensure every service call is handled with care. His friendly smile and problem-solving abilities make him a favorite among clients and teammates alike. After serving as our Senior Service Technician for years, Joel was promoted to Service Manager in 2024 and now leads our team of technicians.
Beyond his impressive work, Joel also plays a vital role in mentoring new team members, sharing his knowledge, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Outside of work, Joel enjoys collecting and repairing vintage and antique watches and spending time with his beautiful wife, Yoana, and their daughter, Rhea.
