Melvin has been a part of The Pool Man family since 2016, and in that time, he has earned a reputation as our “gentle giant”—a leader with a strong presence and a heart for customer service. After 9 years of playing a vital role in ensuring our customers' pools are always spotless and well-maintained, Melvin is now in charge of handling any warranty items that may arise during the 2-3 year period after our new construction projects are completed. His level of customer service and leadership are unprecedented, ensuring that all warranties are handled quickly and seamlessly for our family of customers. Outside of work, Melvin is a family man—a proud father and grandfather. In 2023, he married his beautiful wife, Rachel, and together, they share a love for traveling—whether it’s an international adventure or a simple weekend road trip. Melvin is also a man of faith, and he attributes all of his accomplishments to his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. His faith, leadership, and dedication make him an incredible asset to our team and an inspiration to those around him.
