After more than two decades with The Pool Man and over 43 years in the swimming pool construction industry, Ted Ritts retired at the end of 2024. As the Head of Sales for our new pool construction department, Ted played a key role in helping homeowners bring their dream pools to life, always ensuring designs exceeded expectations while staying within budget. His wealth of knowledge, dedication, and passion for the industry left a lasting impact on both our team and our customers. Now retired, Ted is enjoying well-deserved time with his grandchildren and making memories with his beautiful wife, Donna, at their vacation home in Florida as often as he can.
